"I am passionate about Powder Springs, its people, families, and community. I'll serve you."

Dear Neighbors,

For the past 20 years, Powder Springs has been more than just the place I call home—it’s been the heart of my family, my faith, and my service. I’ve raised my children here. I’ve coached youth sports at our local parks, worshipped alongside friends and neighbors, and worked shoulder to shoulder with residents, planners, and city leaders to help move our city forward. Powder Springs isn’t just where I live—it’s who I am.

That’s why I’m running to represent Ward 1 on the Powder Springs City Council.

My “why” is rooted in a simple truth: I believe in this community. I believe in its people, its potential, and its promise. I’ve spent over a decade helping to guide responsible growth and planning as part of our city’s Planning and Zoning Commission and the Development Authority of Powder Springs. I’ve seen firsthand how thoughtful leadership—grounded in listening, compassion, and vision—can shape a stronger city for all of us.

Now, I’m ready to do even more.

I want to serve because I understand what it means to care deeply and act boldly. Whether it’s advocating for smarter development, supporting small businesses, investing in safe neighborhoods, or making sure every voice is heard—I’m committed to doing the work that matters.

This city is growing, and with growth comes responsibility. Our city's progress is the result of dedicated leaders who have protected our values while preparing us for the future. We need to continue this important legacy with leaders who show up for the people of our great city.

With gratitude and commitment,

Raja Antone
